Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Contact rbrown@testfirsthouston.com or (281) 781-7674 with your order number before returning an item so we can provide instructions. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, describe the issue and include photos when available. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Contact us for refund status.

Store Terms

Test First Drug & Alcohol Testing operates this store. These terms apply to physical products. Review descriptions, selected options, prices, availability, and checkout totals before ordering. Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout.

Orders may ship directly from fulfillment partners in separate packages. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking is provided when available. Contact us for product, delivery, order, return, or refund assistance.

The Portable First Aid Supply Organizer is an empty box; medical supplies are not included. Store supplies do not replace professional testing or establish workplace regulatory compliance. Testing, appointments, background screening, and courses are separate services.
